Terms of Service

By using ExtendedStayer you agree to these terms. We negotiate hotel rates on your behalf. The $5 success fee is charged only when we deliver a confirmed rate at least 20% below the published rack rate.

Hotels remain responsible for the stay itself. Cancellations, deposits, and incidentals are governed by the hotel's own policies.
