How it works for hotels

  1. 1. A guest picks your hotel from our directory and submits the dates they want.
  2. 2. We forward you the request. You decide: accept your published rate, counter with a discount, or pass.
  3. 3. If your counter beats your published rate by 20%+ and the guest accepts, we charge the guest $25 and release a voucher.
  4. 4. The guest books and pays you directly at the agreed rate. You keep 100%. They become your customer.

You only discount when you want to fill rooms. We never force a rate, never publish your discounts, and never compete with your direct channel.

You stay in control

Every bid comes to your dashboard. Accept, counter, or pass — nothing books without your OK.

Rates stay private

Negotiated rates are visible only to that guest, for that stay. Never syndicated, never published.

Do you take commission?
No — 0% commission on every booking. The guest pays us a $25 negotiation fee; you keep 100% of room revenue.
Who handles payment?
The guest pays you direct — same as any walk-in or direct booking. We never touch room charges.
What if we don't want to discount?
Pass on the bid, or accept at your published rate. Discounts are always optional.
How do cancellations work?
Your own cancellation policy applies — the booking lives entirely in your PMS.
